Pam and I started this website to display our wares when we finally have them.  We will be up and running by the spring of 2015, at which time we should be displaying our farm fresh pecans, vegetables and preparing for our first distillery output.

Pam and her mom saw the house months before we bought it.  At that time it was part of a larger plot with a second house and 17 acres.  She really liked the place but we didn’t want two houses or that much land (or that high a price either).  

When the previous owner split the property in two, we made an offer on the smaller of the two houses with 6 ½ acres.  That fit our needs better than the whole thing.

Pam called her mom to tell her we put an offer in on the place and her mom thought we meant the larger house.  Pam corrected that and her mom said “you didn’t buy that dinky little house, did you?”  Well, that is exactly what we bought, the Fischer – Rabinowitz Dinky House.
